Formed in 2013, the duo Lydia&Sebastien began their musical career in the Laurentides region, where they performed on stage and created songs with passion and determination. Their debut album, released in 2016, was a huge success, with three tracks topping the Franco Pop charts in Canada: Quand t’es pas là, Attends-moi, and Pleure Pas.

The duo’s talent and creativity quickly caught the attention of record labels. They signed a contract with Ultra Records (Sony NY), and their single Quand t’es pas là found growing success in Europe, where it was remixed by renowned DJs such as DJ Antoine. In addition, their track Le Rendez-Vous was featured in popular Netflix series like Shadow Hunters, further solidifying their reputation.

Buoyed by their success, Lydia&Sebastien were soon approached by several European talent agencies, inviting the Quebec-based duo to expand their fame beyond Canadian borders and perform at prestigious events such as the Cannes Film Festival, the Monaco Yacht Show, a private evening at Palais Es Saadi in Marrakech, the famed Hotel Café in Los Angeles, and the St. Regis Bora Bora, among others. Their talent and stage presence captivated both audiences and industry professionals alike.

In 2022, the duo released their second album, Traveling Shoes, the result of high-level collaborations with top industry names such as Jacquire King (Norah Jones, Kings of Leon) and Sterloid (Lady Antebellum, Lana Del Rey, Harry Styles). The album showcased their evolution as artists and their ability to blend pop sensibilities with emotional depth and sonic sophistication.

Now, in 2025, Lydia&Sebastien return with their most ambitious project yet: Rodeo, a highly anticipated album that promises to take listeners on a bold, emotional, and cinematic journey. With its powerful melodies, heartfelt lyrics, and genre-defying production, Rodeo marks a new chapter for the duo—one defined by artistic maturity and a desire to connect with audiences on a deeper level.
